High Street, Longstowe: SCDC. An objection has been lodged by the 20th Century Society regarding insulating the Swedish Timber properties and the planners are now asking SCDC to change the specification completely so that the finish matches the existing finish i.e. some kind of vertical cladding.
This will have a huge impact on the cost of the insulation works and SCDC are working with their structural engineer to come up with a solution and then they will be able to find out the cost implications and whether they have the budget to complete the improvements to this amended standard.
b) S3563/18/LB: Alterations to Stable Block and Courtyard: Longstowe Hall: Listed Building Consent.
