Minutes of Thursday 15th February 2018 were agreed and signed.

Cllr Bridget Smith reported on various items, including Gamlingay: Pre-School Learning Centre and playing fields; Taxis to have CCTV; SCDC rate set; Mayor appears to be against buses; £1 car park charge dropped from 1st April; CCC to charge for use of computers in Libraries; planning in Northstowe; SCDC planning problems; local plan; call centre; Bourn airfield; reporting potholes.

a) CCC: Highways: Gully repairs: Clerk to contact again.
b) Anglian Water: Manhole covers: Clerk to contact again.

a) Transparency Funds: Longstowe Parish Coucil web site: £1,632.52.
b) PKF Littlejohn LLP Webinar: Clerk reported. LPC decided to report as an exempt authority thus saving £200.
c) Provide Andy Church with fuel. The sum of £100 was agreed.
d) Clerk’s pay and expenses: £517.83, HMRC: £126.60.
