80 THE MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
Minutes of Wednesday 19th December 2018 were agreed and signed.
81 REPORTS FROM COUNCILLORS AND PCSO
Cllr Tumi Hawkins (SCDC) reported on the housing strategy in the next local plan (with Cambridge City). Various needs were noted such as downsizing and young people unable to afford to buy or rent. Cllrs to inform SCDC of any village needs (responses by 25/01/19). SCDC are also buying houses to add to their stock. Planning: Cambridge northern fringe: Anglain Waterworks may be moved within SCDC with funds from Central Government. Transport: Cambourne to Cambridge busway consultation on Phase 2 (Madingly Mulch to Cambourne) in February; Phase 1 goes through Coton. SCDC intends to be carbon neutral by 2050.
It was reported to Cllr Hawkins that there is space for two more bungalows in Rushbrook Close.
We were informed that the grant for a speed sign (information from Caxton PC) should be sent to SCDC and information on the type of speed sign should be sent to CCC.
Cllr Mark Howell (CCC) reported on Child and Family Centres; pot holes (filling >1,000 per week); the guided bus and a speed restriction; scams in general and specifically on the TV licence, telephone, and the tax office. He also reported on CCC finances. He is also trying to set up a meeting regarding the trees in Rushbrook Close.

Royston, Cambs, SG8 0AN: Proposed replacement dwelling. Permission granted.
b) Longstowe Reading Room Trust: Longstowe Parochial Church Council has also agreed to accept its share of these funds.
